68 Street Logistics

The 68^th Logistics Park project was a warehouse/distribution development located in the Point Trotter industrial park. The development consists of two buildings:

• Building 1 is 339,732 ft²
• Building 2 is 421,905 ft²

RSR provided fundamental & enhanced commissioning and verification services for LEED® v4 BD+C core and shell for building 1 & 2. The project is targeting LEED® v4 certification.  All commissioning activities will be done in accordance with LEED® requirements.

The buildings consisted of ERVs and interlocked exhaust Fans for ventilation and heating, , along with high bay LED lighting with occupancy sensors, outside lighting and Diesel fire pump and controls.

The development is attempting LEED certification.
