Yamnuska Hall

Yamnuska Hall is one of the University of Calgary’s the newest on-campus student residences to house 1st and 2nd year students. The 6-storey building is comprised of 219 units over a main floor of commercial and amenity space and will serve up to 596 students. The project has achieved LEED® Silver Certification through use of sustainable design initiatives including water and energy efficient fixtures, heat recovery units with desiccant heat wheels serving the corridors and suite washrooms, and a drip irrigation system using recycled water from UCalgary’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant.
