John Paul II Collegiate

This project consisted of a $16 million renovation to the existing John Paul II Collegiate High School which was built in 1912. The project was initiated in 2021 and was completed in 2024. The school has an enrollment of 600 Students.

RSR Commissioning Services Inc. provided the following commissioning services

• Mechanical Commissioning
• Electrical
• Security
• Data
• Integrated Systems Test

This upgrade involved adding a new mechanical room, boilers, Mua units, exhaust fans, replacement of pneumatics with DDC controls, while reusing existing equipment where possible. Heat Exchangers, pumps, AHUs, VAV boxes were all reused during construction.

The project was completed in six stages to allow students and teachers to occupy the building while under construction.
