The Conservatory – UBC

RSR was hired by Poly Homes, to provide Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning services for the new 20-storey residential tower with 207 suites and 4 townhouses that are independent of the tower. Three underground levels for parkade and a total area of 188,208 Ft2

The project follows the UBC Reap 3.1 requirements for fundamental commissioning services.

RSR provided commissioning services throughout the initial design stage, shop drawing review, construction phase and the final warranty review. Systems commissioned include:
